Bug: Misc Fields

We are doing our best to provide you with the best possible experience with our wp store locator plugin. Unfortunately there is no such a thing as a perfect software product, the one that works without issues or bugs. When an issue or a bug happens in our online locator product, we consider this as an opportunity to quickly resolve it to the best experience of our users and customers.

Problem

This issue might appear in Locatoraid Pro. When you click to save a location detail in the store locator, there appears a critical error: Database Error: Unknown column 'misc1' in 'field list'.

Solution

This error isn't frequent but it still may happen sometimes if the Pro version installation routine has not updated the store locator database structure for some reason.

To resolve the ussue, please make use of the following locatoraid-fix-misc2 addon plugin.

Download locatoraid-fix-misc2.zip add-on plugin.

How to apply the fix

Download this add-on plugin
Go to your website WordPress admin area, click Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin. After upload click Activate plugin.
After the plugin activation in your WordPress admin there will appear a new menu item named LocatoraidFixMisc2.
Click this menu item and it should do the fix.
Then deactivate this LocatoraidFixMisc2 plugin, you won't need it anymore.
